When will my baby be photographed?
One of our photographers will visit your room and determine a time that is convenient for you.  Appointments may be scheduled the same day your baby is born, or any day before you leave the hospital. 

How will I see my baby's pictures?
You will be presented with a slideshow of your baby's images from the session.  Typically, the preview of your baby's pictures will happen within a couple of hours of your baby being photographed.  This will also depend as to what time is convenient for you.

What should my baby wear?
We suggest something simple - in design and in color patterns.  We actually prefer if your baby is nude as we have found that newborns are often so tiny that their clothes cover all of them up.  If your baby is photographed nude, we can see all the little details of your angel.  Her feet, his wrinkles, her elbows, his knees...the list goes on of cute baby nooks and crannies.

When do I purchase the portraits?
You will be encouraged to purchase your portraits when you see the slideshow.  You will be able to purchase your baby's portraits for up to 3 months, however, after 10 days, the prices for the portraits are set to our studio prices.  Please see our main studio site for more information on pricing.

Are the portraits online?  If so, for how long?  Are they password protected?
Yes!  Your portraits will be posted online within 48 business hours of being taken.  Portraits will stay online for 10 days after they are posted on our site.  Your portraits will automatically be removed and are not able to be re-posted.  Also, after the 10 day time period, the prices will be set at our studio prices.  You will notice a significant difference between our hospital prices and our studio prices.  For these reasons, we will encourage you to purchase at your slideshow presentation.  Password protection is availabe at no additional charge.  Please ask your photographer for details.
